“My Best Friend Cut Ties With After SHS Because She Went To University And I Didn’t”-Yvonne Nelson Recounts

Ghanaian actress and movie producer, Yvonne Nelson has recounted how she was snubbed by her best friend after they completed SHS simply because she didn’t get the chance to go into the University.

According to her, her friendship with her best friend whom she did everything with back in school ended their friendship because she failed her WASSCE.

“My best friend, with whom I did everything at Aggrey Memorial SHS cut ties with me when she went to the university, and I didn’t,” she said.

Speaking in an interview with Adom TV’s M’ashyase3 with Afia Amankwah Tamakloe, Yvonne Nelson said that she was unable to write two subjects during her WASSCE, this she says belittled her after completion.

Yvonne Nelson revealed that she wasn’t much enthused about her education and studies because of she was always involved in entertainment.

Now, Yvonne Nelson stands as one of the celebrated Ghanaian movie stars and in Africa. She has featured in some of the best Ghanaian movies on your screens as well as co-starred some of the big names in the film industry.

She has now ventured into movie production and have been able to come out with interesting films and she is currently making a lot of money out of it.
