Gulak: Forces trying to trigger ethnic war in Nigeria – Shehu Sani

As reactions proceed to path the killing of a former presidential aide to Goodluck Ebele Jonathan on Political Issues, Ahmed Gulak, a former Senator, Shehu Sani has condemned the heinous act.

In a tweet he posted on Sunday, he posited that there are forces working to set off ethnic warfare between the northerners and the Igbo individuals of the Southeast.

He referred to as on Nigerians to withstand the temptation of becoming a member of forces with unhealthy parts anyplace within the society attempting to plunge the nation into chaos, including that IPOB’s assertion dissociating themselves from the act must be accepted in good religion.

Shehu Sani wrote…

“The chilly blood homicide of Ahmed Gulak in Owerri stands unreservedly condemned.The homicide has all the weather of some forces attempting to set off an inter ethnic warfare between Northerners and the Igbos.

“We should resist that plot.The assertion by IPOB dissociating themselves from such despicable and barbaric act and even extending their condolences to the household of the late Gulak must be accepted in good religion.

“The Police and different related security agencies ought to do a diligent investigation and look past hurried finger-pointing.
