Why Bianca Ojukwu Shunned APGA Campaign Flag Off

The widow of the late chief of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), Mrs Bianca Ojukwu has acknowledged her motive for staying away from the marketing campaign flag-off of the social gathering, final Saturday, at Alex Ekwueme Sq. Awka.
