An Ikeja Magistrates’ Court docket has arraigned a 25-year-old dealer, Tasuru Abdullahi, on Friday for allegedly biting off a lady’s nipple.
Tasuru Abdullahi whose handle was not disclosed was charged with sexual assault and grievous hurt.
The Police Prosecutor, Insp Kenrich Nomayo, alleged that the defendant bit off Ms Nkechi Anosike’s nipple and swallowed it.
Nevertheless, the defendant pleaded not responsible to the cost stating that the allegations weren’t true.
The police inspector advised the courtroom that the defendant dedicated the offence on Aug. 22 at 2.00 pm on Murhi Avenue in Oregun, Lagos State.

He additionally alleged that the defendant sexually assaulted the complainant (Tasuru Abdullahi) earlier than the incident occurred.
Based on the inspector, the alleged offence contravened the provisions of sections 245 and 263 of the Legal Legal guidelines of Lagos State, 2015.
Justice of the Peace Elizabeth Adeola admitted the defendant to bail within the sum of N300,000 with two sureties in like sum.
The Justice of the Peace ordered that the sureties have to be gainfully employed and have proof of two years’ tax cost to the Lagos State Authorities.
The case was adjourned till Sept. 15 for additional point out.
