Bandits Attack Zamfara Police Station

Some suspected bandits have once more attacked Nahuche district in Bungudu Native Authorities Space of Zamfara State within the wee hours of Friday.

In line with an eyewitness, Malan Abubakar, amongst these killed was a cell police officer and a neighborhood vigilante chief.

In line with him, two ladies and two males had been kidnapped by the bandits throughout the operation.

Malan Abubakar advised PRESSINFORMANT that the bandits first invaded a close-by village in Nahuche known as Gidan Jan Bula and used bikes to kill the vigilante chief of the village after he fought them.

“In addition they whisked away my wife and moved her for captivity,” he stated.

He stated that the bandits later attacked Nahuche police station the place they engaged cell policemen in a gun duel, throughout which an officer was killed.

Abubakar added that the bandits later moved to invade the home of Alhaji Makwashe Nhuche, a businessman, saying that the bandits kidnapped two different individuals together with a girl.

In line with him, the bandits stormed the realm at about 3:00am on Friday and left after 4:00am.

When conacted for affirmation, the Zamfara State Police Public Relations Officer, SP Shehu Muhammad, couldn’t be reached for remark as his telephones had been switched off.
