Suspected kidnappers arrested in Bayelsa
Operatives of the Anti Kidnapping unit, Bayelsa State Command have arrested three suspected kidnappers, recovered one .9mm ammunition, Crimson Toyota Camry with a mutilated plate amount and 1,000,000 naira cash.
The suspects acknowledged as Emmanuel Ebisco ‘m’ 38 years, Williams Zikena ‘m’ 39 years, Ekparola Okumo ‘m’ 35 years, had been arrested at their hideout at Biogbolo neighborhood, Yenagoa, following a tip-off that they wished to amass an AK 47 Riffle to carry out a Kidnap.
The spokesperson of the command, SP Asinim Butswat, who confirmed this to newsmen, said the suspects have volunteered useful knowledge and are serving to the Police in its investigation. He said the suspects will possible be charged to courtroom on the conclusion of investigation.
