Outrage as Kogi University allegedly awards N2000 to first-class graduates

Nigerians have brought on an uproar on social media over the alleged N2000 money prizes awarded by Kogi State College to its first-class graduates.

A supply who witnessed the presentation of the awards, mentioned:

“This was at a latest convocation at Kogi State College. N2000 was given to all first-class graduating college students and N5000 to the general finest graduands.”

Based on SaharaReporters, one of many first-class graduates of the establishment frowned on the award as he shared with them a boldly written N2000 cheque.
