Obiora Agbasimelo, Anambra Governorship Candidate, Declared Missing

The governorship candidate of the Labour Get together (LP) within the November 6, 2021 election in Anambra State, Obiora Agbasimelo, is lacking, fuelling speculations that he has been kidnapped.

As on the time of going to press, the whereabouts of Agbasimelo was unknown. The emergence of the lawyer and brother to the founding father of the favored basis, Oga Ndi Oga as LP’s governorship candidate came on the heels of disaster within the social gathering, which threw up a faction and the erstwhile main aspirant, a army officer, Nnamdi Nnoruka, was allegedly kidnapped and moved spherical elements of the state within the sales space of his automobile.

Investigation by The Guardian revealed that Nnoruka, after the ordeal, chickened out of the race.
