The eyewitness stated;

 

“He was urinating at a spot when the Civil Defence officer shot him in his waist. He’s a labourer on the Petroleum Tanker Driver’s park. He has been rushed to the hospital and we don’t know his situation for now.”

 

One Shiny Uzo, who additionally witnessed the incident, condemned the taking pictures, saying the bullets may have killed Nwa-Aba.

 

Uzo stated;

 

“Was he suspected of getting any intention to commit a criminal offense? They shot him earlier than understanding that he was solely urinating. Even when it was at their gate, he ought to not shoot him. He isn’t a legal, he’s simply answering the decision of nature.”

 

It was learnt that the taking pictures led to a protest by a bunch of youths who demanded for justice for the sufferer. They have been nonetheless dispersed by armed officers of NSCDC.

 

NSCDC spokesman, Solomon John disclosed that the incident is being investigated. John stated;
