A 32-year-old man recognized merely as Nwa-Aba was reportedly shot early yesterday morning, by an official of the Nigeria Safety and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) in Cross River State.
An NSCDC official reportedly shot on the man whereas he was urinating reverse the Calabar, Cross River State workplace of the Corps.
The eyewitness stated;
“He was urinating at a spot when the Civil Defence officer shot him in his waist. He’s a labourer on the Petroleum Tanker Driver’s park. He has been rushed to the hospital and we don’t know his situation for now.”
One Shiny Uzo, who additionally witnessed the incident, condemned the taking pictures, saying the bullets may have killed Nwa-Aba.
