Man drowns inside well in Kwara

The individual acknowledged as Abdulfatai Taiye has been drowned inside a correctly in Offa Native Authorities House of Kwara State.

The incident occurred at Ile Asaba Compound Offa spherical 9:15 pm on Saturday, August 21.

The Head of Division, Kwara State Fireside Service, Hassan Hakeem Adekunle, who confirmed the incident on Sunday, acknowledged the corpse was evacuated by its personnel and has since been handed over to the police for added investigation.

“It took us couple of minutes to get there and evacuate the corpse from the correctly. We have handed it over to at the least one ASP Hakeem Adebayo of Nigeria Police in Offa Command,” he acknowledged.

“The Director, Kwara State Fireside Service, Prince Falade John Olumuyiwa, has expressed his unhappiness over the incident and prompt most people to be further vigilant of their neighbourhoods as to cease comparable occurrences”, Adekunle added.
