A younger creditor recognized as Oluchi Okoye aka PACA has been arrested by policemen hooked up to the Denton Police Station for tying his debtor, Reuben Alozie, to a stake over unpaid N4.6m debt.

The suspect tied the sufferer to a stick to ropes at No. 29, Abeokuta Avenue, Ebute Metta, Lagos from twenty second September to twenty third September when he was finally rescued by the police.

In response to the suspect, he resulted in self-help after a number of efforts to get better his cash from the sufferer failed. In response to him, the sufferer has the cash however has refused to pay him again.

The arrest of the suspect was made attainable following a grievance lodged on the station by sufferer’s wife, Angela Reuben who reported that her husband was disadvantaged of his liberty by the suspect who held him hostage.

Following the arrest, the Commissioner of Police, CP Hakeem Odumosu directed that the suspect be transferred to the Command’s Tactical group for diligent investigation and prosecution.

Confirming the incident, the spokesperson of the state police command, CSP Adekunle Ajisebutu, stated the state Commissioner of Police has warned individuals towards taking legal guidelines into their arms as an alternative of taking authorized actions to hunt justice.
