Kim Cattrall Subtly Supports Message Calling Sex and the City Reboot “Trashy”

Samantha Jones can be happy with Kim Cattrall‘s newest shade throwing.  

The 65-year-old actress, who at the moment stars on the Hulu sitcom How I Met Your Father, despatched Intercourse and the Metropolis followers into an uproar after she appreciated a tweet that referred to as the present’s reboot And Simply Like That… “trashy” and complimented her new present as an alternative.  

The tweet read, “So happy with @KimCattrall for skipping the trashy S&TC reboot and doing @HIMYFonHulu. She’s great, and so is @HilaryDuff When you have 48 minutes to spare, go forward and watch the primary two episodes…I could even rewatch them earlier than subsequent week. Problem accepted!” 

Whereas it’s unclear whether or not Cattrall is subtly shading And Simply Like That… or simply appreciative of the fan’s praise of her current collection (or each!), this isn’t the primary time she has subtly proven her displeasure for the reboot on-line. 

After the discharge of the HBO Max collection final month, she appreciated a group of tweets that referenced it, together with one which learn, “And identical to that… I discover myself solely wanting to observe something @KimCattrall is in. This can be a Kim appreciation tweet.”
