Ariana DeBose is an actress, dancer, and singer from the United States. DeBose trained in dance at CC & Co. Dance Complex in Raleigh.

She has won numerous awards, including the Academy Award, the British Academy Film Award, and the Golden Globe Award. Time magazine named her one of the world’s 100 most influential people in 2022.

DeBose made her television debut in 2009 when she competed in the sixth season of So You Think You Can Dance, finishing in the top 20.

She played The Bullet in Lin-Manuel Miranda’s musical Hamilton from 2015 to 2016, and she played Jane in A Bronx Tale from 2016 to 2017.

For her work as Donna Summer in Summer: The Donna Summer Musical, she was nominated for a Tony Award for Best Featured Actress in a Musical in 2018.
