Gunmen kidnap Katsina SSG’s brother in Kano

Alhaji Kabir Muhammed, the elder brother of the Secretary to Katsina State Authorities, Alhaji Mustapha Muhammed has been kidnapped by gunmen.

Kabir was engaged on his farm in Daftau Village, Danmusa Native Authorities Space of Kano state when he was kidnapped on Wednesday September 1.

Neighbours observed the sudden disappearance of the kidnap victim who’s between 78 and 80 years of age and of fragile well being, after he did not take part within the early morning Muslim prayers.

It was found that he has been kidnapped after being traced to his farm by members of the family and family members.

Spokesman for the SSG, Mallam Kabir Yardua who confirmed the incident, mentioned the gunmen are but to contact the household as of Friday night time September 3.
