Initially, the video of a girl slicing her thigh open went viral on TikTok. The video immediately got loads of attention as a result the inappropriate video also reached out to users of every age group. 

However, the video was quickly removed due to violating TikTok community guidelines. The sad issue is that those who witnessed it at the time are in complete shock.

As most of you are probably aware, TikTok’s algorithm recommends content by ranking videos based on a variety of criteria. Despite this, the video went viral on social media.

This demonstrates that many TikTok users were indirectly endorsing the video without realizing the repercussions. It was already too late when the user discovered how violent the content could be to people of a younger age range.
