Five-year-old boy drowns in well in Kano

The Kano State Hearth Service has confirmed the loss of life of a five-year-old boy who drowned after falling inside a properly at Zangon Dinya in Bagwai Native Authorities Space of Kano State.

The Public Relations Officer of the Service, Saminu Abdullahi, stated this in a statement issued to newsmen on Friday September 3, in Kano.

Abdullahi defined that the incident occurred on Thursday night time.

“We obtained a misery name from Bichi division at about 08:30 p.m. from one Muhammad Usman and we despatched our rescue staff to the scene at 08.45 pm,” he stated.

Abdullahi stated the younger boy named Yusha’u Usman was later introduced out of the properly useless.

He added that the corpse of the drowned boy has been handed over to ward head of Zangon Dinya Bagwai, Malam Yahaya Sule.
