FG Makes COVID-19 Vaccination Compulsory For Civil Servants
The Federal Authorities has mandated civil servants to get vaccinated in opposition to COVID-19.
Boss Mustapha, secretary to the federal government of the federation (SGF), stated staff who refuse to get vaccinated shall be barred from assessing their locations of labor.
Mustapha, who can also be the chairman of the presidential steering committee (PSC) on COVID-19, introduced this at a briefing on Wednesday.
He stated ranging from December 1, staff who don’t present proof of vaccination and or a unfavorable COVID-19 outcome shall be barred from authorities places of work.
“With impact from 1st December, 2021, Federal Authorities workers shall be required to point out proof of COVID-19 vaccination or current a unfavorable COVID-19 PCR check outcome finished inside 72 hours, to realize entry to their places of work, in all places inside Nigeria and our Missions. An applicable service huge advisory/round shall be issued to information the method,” he stated.
