Sharna Burgess is honoring her father after his heartbreaking loss of life.
The Dancing With the Stars professional introduced dad Raymond Eric Burgess‘ passing in an Instagram submit on Monday, Jan. 31.
“I’ll by no means be capable to discover the fitting phrases to do that justice,” she wrote, “so I’ll use the phrases of another person.” Sharing a quote from author C.S. Lewis, she added, “‘There are much better issues forward than these we depart behind.’”
“I hope with all my coronary heart that is true for you,” Sharna continued. “Journey properly Dad, could you go along with Spirit, braveness and love onto your subsequent. Thanks, I like you, I miss you. Raymond Eric Burgess 5/15/1949 – 1/28/2022.”
Together with the message, Sharna posted a sequence of throwback images of her and her father from her childhood days, together with photos of him serving to her blow out her birthday candles, giving her a hug, driving a ship and swimming within the water.
