Sheryl Crow and Stevie Nicks have been friends and musical collaborators for decades. They are both powerful women in the music industry.

Crow is credited as a producer on four of the thirteen tracks from Nicks’ 2001 solo album, Trouble in Shangri-La. She is also listed as the sole writer for Nicks’ song “It’s Only Love.”

Nicks and Crow collaborated again for Crow’s 2019 album Threads. Nicks and Maren Morris are featured on the album’s opening track, “Prove You Wrong.”

In December 2019, the Fleetwood Mac singer appeared with Crow on Ellen to perform “Prove You Wrong” and “Redemption Day,” which was a collaboration with Johnny Cash on Crow’s album.

In an August 2021 interview with Bustle, the “Strong Enough” singer gushed about Nicks, describing her as “[her] champion as a young artist, [her] role model as a kid from 9 years old on.”

Sheryl Crow, having sung backing vocals with Michael Jackson and Don Henley, she released her Grammy award-winning debut album, ‘Tuesday Night Music Club’ in 1993.

Stevie Nicks found fame with Fleetwood Mac and co-wrote ‘Rumours’, one of the bestselling albums ever.
