Anambra 2021: Supreme Court Declares Ozigbo Authentic PDP Candidate
Supreme Courtroom in Abuja has declared Mr Valentine Ozigbo the genuine candidate of the Individuals’s Democratic Get together (PDP) for the November 6 governorship election in Anambra State.
The apex courtroom, in a judgement delivered on the Supreme Court Complicated in Abuja on Thursday, October 21, reportedly threw out all of the challenges to Ozigbo’s candidacy and awarded injury of N5 million in opposition to Senator Ugochukwu Uba.
The panel of justices, led by His Lordship, Justice Inyang Okoro, in accordance with the report, affirmed the choice of the Courtroom of Enchantment Awka Division delivered on September 3, which declared Ozigbo the genuine governorship candidate of the PDP.
Mr Ozigbo was current on the Supreme Courtroom together with former Governor of Anambra State, Mr Peter Obi, and Senate Minority Chief Senator Enyinnaya Abaribe.
