Bukola Saraki, former senate president, has requested Nigerian youths to actively take part within the 2023 common election because the numbers favour them.

Saraki who was one-time governor of Kwara state stated this at a luncheon to commemorate the Independence Day anniversary in Abuja on Friday, October 1.

Saraki stated:

“Till younger folks such as you take it upon yourselves to say ‘what sort of Governor do I need’; ‘what sort of Senator do I need,’ or ‘what sort of President do I need’, issues won’t change.
