You Walked Into My Office 8 Years Ago In Tears – Mercy Aigbe Discloses How She Made Nkechi Blessing A Film Star

Nigerian actress, Mercy Aigbe has taken a stroll down memory lane as she has recounted the time Nkechi Blessing came up to her to help change her life in the Yoruba movie industry.

According to Mercy Aigbe, she has done a lot for Nkechi Blessing when she was a nobody in the film industry and she was just about to throw in the towel.

Sharing a poster of the film Omoge Lekki that included herself and Nkechi Blessing as part of the cast, Mercy Aigbe wrote:

“I can never forget the day you walked into my office ( precisely 8 years ago ) crying and talking about how hard it was to make it in the industry and you were getting discouraged…

I remember telling you, you are a star and encouraged you not to give up!

 

I called @hibeebaba and @officialafeezowo, spoke to them about you and we made the block buster OMOGE LEKKI…..I am so proud of your growth and super excited about THE RETURN OF OMOGE LEKKI. God speed by darling!”

Nkechi Blessing slid under the comment section and reacted to the post.

She wrote: “This Woman… Kaii heaven knows I cannot trade you for anything … If they are counting star makers,you should be number one on that list…May God continue to bless the work of your hands.. love you mama”
