WurlD – Sad Tonight

Nigerian born America based recording and performing artiste, WurlD ends the month of love with a beautiful single tagged; “Sad Tonight”.

The just released masterpiece serves as his second official project this year. “Sad Tonight” happens to be a follow up to his previous record, ‘Let You Down’ which was released few months ago

‘Sad Tonight’ is off his forthcoming studio body of work labeled; “My WorlD With U” album scheduled for release March 11 2022. The fresh latest output owes production credit to WurlD himself and Oladipo Omisore.

WurlD, originally called Sadiq Onifade was born in Lagos. He then moved to America to pursue a secondary education and record music. He has been in the music scene for a while and has been consistent throughout. His debut extended play, ‘Evolution’ was released in 2013.

In 2015, WurlD’s song, ‘Follow You’ was certified Gold. He bagged a nomination for the best Diaspora Act at the Nigerian Entertainment in 2017. He also won the best male vocal performance at the Headies in 2019. His songs also explore different genres and ideas.
