The actress signed her citation and asked Officer Brooks for his badge number. The question infuriated the officer, who then started hitting the woman violently while claiming in the video that she was being detained.

Angel Guice was consequently physically assaulted by the police officer, who also threatened to taser her as he wrestled her to the ground.
