Bonita is a choreographer who first auditioned for the BBC’s Young Generation dance troupe at age 19.

Bonita and Nigel began dating in 1971 and eventually tied the knots three years after. Their marriage produced two sons, Simon and Kristopher. They later split in 2010.

Bonita went beyond being a dancer. She also produced and directed a number of theatre productions including pantomimes.

Some of her works include the Christmas 2006 version of Peter Pan, and Cinderella.

Bonita also served as a judge on the reality television series So You Think You Can Dance, before it was cancelled in July 2010.

She currently runs various TV productions in the U.S and has become a regular face on TV screens.

Bonita went ahead to appear as a contestant on season 2 of the Australian version of I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!.
