However, the large insurance coverage and his pretended melancholy rapidly caused the homicide detectives to harbor doubts. He eventually filed a lawsuit to get the money back, but in the 2005 trial, he presented contradictory evidence.

Due to the conflicting information, he was detained, and he has remained there since since. However, it was because to the long-time witnesses that his crime was found out.

They discussed how he had been plotting her murder ever since their honeymoon’s first day. But despite his best efforts, he had repeatedly fallen short. On their honeymoon, they did it for the first time.
