A hawker who went viral after he was captured on digital camera giving out cash to prisoners in a correctional service car, has mentioned that his gesture was out of pity.

In a latest chat, the younger man mentioned that he determined to do giveaway as a result of he felt compassionate in direction of them as they now not have their freedom.

He mentioned that he had given a prisoner N100 then others began begging him to additionally assist them.
