A US Marine has been charged for driving the car concerned in a deadly crash that left two different Marines useless and 17 injured, after a navy truck crashed in North Carolina on Wednesday.

In the meantime, North Carolina Governor Roy Cooper expressed his condolences on social media shortly after the deadly crash.
