BRUSSELS (Reuters) – Ukraine and the European Union have reached a deal in precept on establishing an advisory navy coaching mission in Ukraine, the nation’s International Minister Dmytro Kuleba informed reporters on Monday in Brussels.
“We reached an settlement with the EU in precept that the EU will function out advisory coaching in Ukraine … this isn’t fight forces,” Kuleba stated after assembly with the EU’s international ministers.
