This Is Gender Bias – Influencer Makes Analysis On The Effects Of Tiwa Savage and Oxlade’s Scandal On Their Career

A Nigerian Twitter influencer, Daniel Regha has taken to his page to make some analysis on the effects of Tiwa Savage and Oxlade’s scandal and how it has affected their careers.

Recall that a few months ago, a $extape of the female songstress Tiwa Savage hit the internet after an anonymous person leaked it from Snapchat.

After the sex tape of Tiwa Savage was leaked, it caused an uproar on social media and got Tiwa on the trending topics on Twitter for days. A few days after the tape was leaked, Tiwa lost several endorsement deals.

However, the story of Oxlade after his sex scandal was different. Artist Oxlade also trended for days after a video of him making out with a woman in a video went viral. However, unlike Tiwa who lost an endorsement deal, Oxlade landed himself a juicy deal after his scandal. This, Daniel, has described a gender bias.

“Oxlade got signed to Columbia Records UK after his sex scandal, whereas Tiwa Savage reportedly lost multiple endorsement deals after hers; What a world. Don’t mean to be a killjoy but this alone promotes gender bias in today’s society & it’s appalling, to say the least. No shades”, Daniel said.
