The Burial Of My Father Cost 2 Billion – Afia Schwarzenegger Reveals

Afia Schwarzenegger, a Ghanaian socialite, made headlines again following the funeral ceremony of her late dad which transpired over the weekend in Kumasi.

The actress stated that the burial, which was attended by major politicians, actors, media figures, and other Ghanaian artists, cost a hefty GHS200,000.

Afia used social media to thank some of her coworkers and businesses who came out to express support for the funeral, revealing that the total cost of the funeral is GHS200,000.

She further revealed that Dr. Kwaku Oteng, a business magnate, handed her about GHS60,000 for funeral expenses, and also Fadda Dickson of Despite Media Group, who provided a significant sum.

PressInformant had also reported that Chairman Wontumi ‘Chelsea Wura’ also contributed GHS4,000 when he made presence at the funeral ceremony.

In other news, the leader and founder of the Ebenezer Miracle Worship Center, Rev. Ebenezer Adarkwa Opambour Yiadom, aka Prophet 1 also made an appearance at the burial grounds of the late, Mr. Augustine Kojo Adjei, Afia Schwarzenegger’s father.

Afia Schwarzenegger announced the untimely demise of her father on 17th January 2022. The deceased was said to have been battling an ailment for years until he finally gave up the ghost.

Today, family and friends of the late Augustine Adjei came from far and near to support the bereaved family as they bid farewell to Mr. Augustine.

Well, a video sighted on social media captures the moments Rev. Opambour made a grand entrance to the funeral grounds to show his support and love to the family.
