Buzzing Nigerian songstress and performing artiste, Temilade Openiyi, better known by her stage name, Tems bagged three nominations from the organizers of the BET Awards 2022.

Tems was nominated in the Best International Act category, Best New Artist Category and finally in the Best Collaboration Category for her contribution to Wizkid’s chart topping tune; ‘Essence’.

BET Awards 2022 nominations are selected by BET’s Voting Academy, which is comprised of an esteemed group of entertainment professionals in the fields of music, television, film, digital marketing, sports journalism, public relations, influencers, and creative arts.
