Suspected vandal nabbed for allegedly stealing street light cable in Akwa Ibom

A suspected vandal has been apprehended for allegedly stealing avenue gentle cable in Mbioto Ekpene Ituene neighborhood in Etinan Native Authorities Space of Akwa Ibom state.
