SERAP Takes Buhari To ECOWAS Court Over Secrecy In Loan Spending, Debt Crisis

Socio-Financial Rights and Accountability Mission (SERAP)  has dragged President Muhammadu Buhari’s authorities to courtroom for “secrecy within the spending of loans to this point obtained, the unsustainable stage of borrowing by the federal government and the 36 states, debt disaster, and the disproportionately detrimental influence of those retrogressive measures on poor Nigerians,” in keeping with the lawsuit.
