MOSCOW (Reuters) – Russia and Cuba will proceed creating their cooperation within the technical army sphere, the RIA information company cited Moscow’s ambassador in Havana as saying on Friday.
Contact between the 2 international locations has elevated this month, with Russian President Vladimir Putin and his Cuban counterpart Miguel Diaz-Canel beforehand discussing a strategic partnership and agreeing to strengthen bilateral ties.
