It is found that a group of white high school students had launched a brutal attack on Luis which led to the death of the Mexican man.
Actually, there was no fault for Luis, his only fault was that he was out walking with the sister of his fiancee and became a target of a group of students from the local Blue Devils football team.
Those students had been drinking and thus they poured their anger on Luis without any valid reason by using racial slurs.
The reason Luis was beaten was that he was a Latino and those murderers did not want Latinos living in Shenandoah.
Luis, the Shenandoah PA resident who had lived in the US for six years illegally passed away in hospital two days later after succumbing to the severe injuries inflicted by the local students.
And what’s more, even the Pennsylvania police were accused of having organized a cover-up of an immigrant’s murder.
Luis Ramirez left the world leaving behind his fiancee Crystal Dillman, with whom he had two children. And, his fiance believes with the criminals and accomplices being charged, that justice has been served as mentioned in The Guardian.
