Raymond Colin Wilkins, MBE was an English football player and coach.

Wilkins was placed in an induced coma at St George’s Hospital in Tooting after suffering a heart arrest that resulted in a fall on March 28, 2018. On April 4, 2018, he passed away at the age of 61.
