PRISOVICE, CZECH REPUBLIC — The Puratos Group has acquired Profimix, a Prisovice-based provider of improvers, bakery mixes and confectionery gadgets for the Czech market.
Based in 2007 by Marek Vasa, Profimix employs 20 and has gross sales of roughly €4 million ($4.5 million), primarily by means of its Pekaruv Mlyn model. The corporate has an natural licensed manufacturing manufacturing unit and focuses on flour parameters data and evaluation.
“The acquisition of Profimix will permit us to supply prospects better flexibility, providers, pace in innovation, and entry to more healthy merchandise,” stated Tomas Novak, basic supervisor of Puratos Czech Republic.
The acquisition comes only a few months after Puratos acquired Schobbers, a Venlo, The Netherlands-based provider of seeds for the baking business.
