DONETSK, Ukraine (Reuters) – The central financial institution of self-proclaimed Donetsk republic in jap Ukraine put a restrict to withdraw a most 10,000 roubles ($129) per day from ATMs on Saturday, TASS information company reported, as clashes between Russian-backed separatists and Ukrainian forces resumed this week.
Reuters reporters noticed individuals quelling at ATMs on Friday and as native residents began to evacuate to close by Russian area of Rostov. Card funds within the area have been thus far steady, in accordance with Reuters witnesses.
