Police arrests teen for allegedly making an attempt to exhume corpse in Niger State
The Niger State Police Command has arrested one Lawal Abubakar, 16, of Kasuwan-Gwari in Minna, suspected of making an attempt to exhume a physique in Chanchaga cemetery.

The spokesperson of the Niger State Police Command, DSP Wasiu Abiodun, stated on Monday, Could 24: “At about 10.20an on Saturday, the police operatives hooked up to Chanchaga Division arrested one Lawali Abubakar, male, of Kasuwan-Gwari, Minna.
“The suspect was arrested at Chanchaga cemetery when he allegedly tried to exhume a physique from a grave.”
DSP Abiodu stated the suspect confessed to having conspired with one Hamisu, at present at giant, to get physique elements and garments from a physique within the cemetery.
He stated that the case was nonetheless underneath investigation.
Abiodun stated efforts to apprehend Hamisu have been ongoing.
