Nyesom Wike, the governor of Rivers state, has chastised Nigerian police for the situation of most of its barracks.

On Tuesday, September 28, Wike made this disclosure on the Police Barracks SPU at Omagwa within the state’s Ikwerre LGA. He addressed the truth that police in Nigeria typically reside in filthy locations and continues to wonders whether it is some type of persistent sickness.

He recommended the IG for saying that the Police will now be supervised and hoped that they arrive again in the future to see the place as clear because it have been earlier than. He mentioned;

”I don’t know wether it’s a illness within the police. Anyplace they reside, the place must be soiled. IG I thanks for saying that you’d supervise…have a look at how clear it’s now…I hope once we come again right here in just a few months, it will likely be clear like this”
