PETA Slams Kanye West Over Skinned Monkey Image

PETA has referred to as out Kanye West over the skinned monkey cowl artwork for his new single “Eazy.”

“The photograph is paying homage to the monkeys PETA has discovered, typically heads, typically arms, typically the entire physique, in meat markets all over the world and it makes it clear that while you take away the fur you possibly can’t miss that there’s an individual in there, that they’re fellow primates, and don’t belong to us to abuse for any objective – not in laboratories, roadside zoos, motion pictures, or meat markets,” PETA President Ingrid Newkirk informed Billboard.

The animal rights group tagged the rapper in a tweet:

“The disturbing picture of a skinned monkey that @kanyewest

shared serves as a reminder that there’s no actual distinction between people & different animals. Their lives aren’t straightforward after we abuse & kill them for meals, experiments, clothes, or leisure. #EndSpeciesism

Kanye West used the track to diss his ex, Kim Kardashian and her new boyfriend Pete Davidson.
