NYPD: 2nd Suspect Wished In Lethal Double Taking pictures After Bronx Child Bathe

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) — Police are in search of a second suspect after a Bronx child bathe turned lethal.

Wayne Smith, 28, of New Rochelle was arrested and charged with homicide. Police mentioned he fatally shot 24-year-old Arnold Oliver after Oliver fatally shot Jamal Smith, who’s the brother of the suspect.

The incident occurred late Saturday night time on East 198th Road and Webster Avenue within the Bedford Park part of the borough.
