Nigerian Man Jailed 7 Years With Arduous Labour For Threatening A Lady
ABadagry Chief Magistrates’ Courtroom in Lagos, has sentenced a 37-year-old man, Tunde Balogun to seven years imprisonment with arduous labour for threatening a lady.
In response to NAN, Balogun is charged with theft, harm to property and menace to life.
Delivering judgment, Chief Justice of the Peace Patrick Adekomaiya, on Monday, held that he discovered Balogun responsible of stealing and threatening the lifetime of Ms Ruth Gbemisola, the complainant.
