A Nigerian man has reacted with excitement after he discovered that marijuana is legalized in Netherlands.
The man recently arrived Netherlands and after discovering that weed has been legalised, he took to the streets to smoke some.
He shared a video of him smoking while walking down his street as he expressed amazement at the fact that he did not have to bother about police or any other security outfit.
