A Nigerian man recognized as Emmanuel Ikechukwu Umenyiora, has counted his blessings as he shared his pleasure after rising the primary Igbo language lecturer on the College of Oxford.
Emmanuel shared the fantastic information on his social media web page after his induction which held on Thursday, February 17. He wrote;
”It’s official that I’m the primary official Igbo Language lecturer on the primary college on the earth, the College of Oxford.
Our induction occurred in the present day by Marion Sadoux, Head of Fashionable Language Programmes, College of Oxford Language Centre.
This turned attainable in account of the James Currey Society. That is the primary time Igbo language shall be taught on the college. Historical past has been made. I’m so completely satisfied and grateful for this chance. I promise to make the Igbo language and tradition recognized to the world.”
