Nigerian lady who’s both a man and a woman is now happily married (WATCH VIDEO)
A Nigerian lady identified as Mystique Evolving has said that there is someone for everyone even when society says some things are impossible.
The intersex lady noted during a recent interview that many do not believe God only created male and female genders, not knowing intersex beings also exist.
Mystique, who was born with both male and female organs went viral in 2019 following her interview with BBC News Pidgin where she spoke on her life and struggles as a trans lady in Nigeria.
The lady narrated how her family and outsiders discriminated against her, forcing her to live in isolation for over 10 years.
In 2021, three years after the viral interview, she has not only found love but also got married and reunited with her family. Having embraced her condition, the lady proudly identifies as a trans and intersex human.
Mysique said; ”My experience after I officially announced to the world that I am an intersex was a positive and challenging one.
After the interview, a lot of people reached out to me, while some encouraged me, many said they do not believe that we (intersex) are in Nigeria. Some wanted to confirm for themselves. Actually people also started proposing and that part surprised me.”
