Governor of Cross River State, Ben Ayade has stated that Nigeria would have collapsed if not for President Muhammadu Buhari’s navy background.

He acknowledged this on Channels TV’s Dawn Day by day on Wednesday, stressing that if not for the president’s navy background, issues would have been worse within the nation.

Ayade claimed there was a global conspiracy towards the nation, notably the northern area.

The governor stated; “Maybe, if it was not Buhari’s administration together with his navy background, Nigeria would have collapsed at this stage.
