A person reportedly disguising as a mentally deranged individual, and likewise suspected to be a kidnapper has been set ablaze by an offended mob in Ibadan, Oyo State capital.

Apparently, eyewitnesses say he was sighted receiving a bundle from unidentified individuals in a non-public car on the Molete overhead bridge on Tuesday, February 15.

An eyewitness, identify undisclosed, stated:
