Lacking ₦881 Billion: SERAP Sues Buhari, Others, Needs Restoration Of Funds. The Socio-Financial Rights and Accountability Mission (SERAP) has filed a lawsuit in opposition to President Muhammadu Buhari “over his failure to probe allegations that over ₦880billion of public funds are lacking from 367 ministries, departments and businesses (MDAs).”

SERAP desires Buhari to make sure the prosecution of these suspected to be accountable and to order the restoration of diverted public or any lacking funds.
